Material and labour for scrapping existing deteriorated old aluminium paint by hard wire brush painting the existing 2 pole structure by aluminium paint including cross arms, support angles, clamps and any other structural part complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for fault detection in damaged HT/LT UG cable by using cable fault detector/locator vehicle mounted comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc to accuracy of 2 meter for various location inside AF Stn for UG cables of any size any type upto 33 KV incl excavation & Earthwork in any type of stratra to usually inspect/repair the damaged cable when and where required all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Compaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time and contractor is responsible to rectify the fault within 4 hrs after notification, failing which Rs. 500/- per hrs shall be recovered from contractors dues. (ii) Rates included necessary earth work in any type of strata or road for opening the cable and prepare the cable ready to jointing work and making good to match with existing finishes.

Material and labour for Loose filling with aggregates of broken stone gauge 40 to 80 mm in HT substation yard complete including removal of any debris etc all as specified and as directed

Material and labour earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32x6mm galvanised iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to ples or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc incl taking down old/unsv all as directed.

Material and labour for filteration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength/ insulation value upto 65 KV/40KV (RMS) at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in 33 KV/11 KV transformer capacity 3 MVA TO 5 MVA including insulation testing of oil with help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV Test compete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Test result of transformer oil before and after dehydartion is required to submit by contractor duly signed by all concerned. (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process. (iv) Additional quantity of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

Supply and filling transformer power oil meeting IEC 60296-2003-11, 3rd edition standard specification and ASTMD 1275B test requirements for corrosive sulpher of BDV not be less than 70 KV at 2.5mm gap for reduced level of transformer due to evaporation/ leakage/losses due to dehydration in HT 33 KV transformer/HT 11 KV AVR transformer/11 KV distribution transformer all as as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing of silica gel crystel filled in the breather of any capacity of transformer complete all as directed.

Note :- (i) Winding wire for making of coils, HT/LT bushes, new transformer oil will be measured & paid seperately (ii) Contractor is required to submit test report for repaired transformer duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge before installation.
