18 The Average annual financial turnover for last 3 financial years shall be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The requisite Turn Over shall be duly certified by a Chartered Accountant with his Seal/ signatures and registration number and UDIN number mentioned . (All Figures in ₹ Lacs).

19 Should have atleast earned Profit in minimum one year in the available last three consecutive balance sheets.

20 Documents in support of Net Worth which shall be minimum 10% of the Estimated Cost put to Tender, duly certified by Chartered Accountant in FORM-C. of the company /firm as on 31st March in previous Financial Year.

21 Submission of Form-D: TDS Details in case of private sector works.

25.1 Experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 07 years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. Work Experience Certificates of Similar Works category as stated in NIT ("Similar works” shall mean work(s) of “SITC of Solar Works at any location" Should contain all the details as available in Form-G.

26 If any detail is not mentioned in the Work Completion Certificate (Containing details as in Form-G and form Similar works category as defined in NIT), documentary proof of detail like drawings, LOA, BOQ, Agreement, Completion Certificate / Occupancy certificate, copy of certified final bill, Handing Over-Taking Over documents, Labour License, CAR Policy, WC Policy etc may be uploaded.
