M&L for taking down ceiling fan/exhuast fan/fresh air fan/wall mounted fan/padestral fan for repair/servicing i.e. winding/greasing /oiling etc., any sweep size, any make and any type model, ceilng cable end with tape, dismandling the blades, removing fan and deposit the blades/motor to store for repairing/ servicing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note:- (i) Contractor will resposible for taking down ceiling fan from location and carrying with saftey and deposit for repair/sevicing i.e winding/greasing /oiling in E/M yard.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep for foundation of poles/stay/cable etc including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point compalete.

M&L Sand cushioning to the under ground electric cable complete all as specified considering 19.75 of SSR part -I

M&L Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete.

Dismantling and taking out UG cable any size unserviceable items fixed in any position and removal from site, all as directed.

S&F 1100 volt grade heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminum conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 25 Sqmm nominal cross section 4 core laid in trenches,fixed to pole or passing through pipes including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers complete all as specified and directed.
