Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness and cement mortar screed in existing roof including scrapping out old treatment/ bitumen etc. The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projections, washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign material and dust to receive new water proofing treatment and removal of rubbish off the premises to a distance exc. 500m and not exc 1.5 Km etc .complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not therwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded broken stone aggregate) averaging 50mm thick as in leveling course on roof slab including finishing the surface of concrete even and fair without using extra cement to receive screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab complete all as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including testing :-(a) 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with and including integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on roof slab finished even and fair complete (b) On the dried plastered surface, one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm shall be applied. (c) On this primered surface, APP modified bituminous memberance 3mm thick with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm with plain finish shall be laid by torch application method (d) Apply a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm. (e) The overlap while torching shall be at least 100mm at the longitudinal edges and 150mm at the ends. (f) The treatment shall be carried as per manufacturer instructions through authorised applicator.

Dismantling water tanks exc. 500 litres of capacity and not exc.1000 litres capacity and removing to store complete all as directed.

Dismantling water tanks exc. 250 litres of capacity and not exc.500 litres capacity and removing to store complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale, dirt etc from tanks, mouths of circulating pipes for capacity of tank exc.500 litres and n.exc. 1000 litres complete all as directed

Supply and fix, rotational moulded polythelene water storage tanks 3 layer white colour water tank non toxic effect,algea formation protection (made from virgin grade of polyethylene material which is duly stablized with anti-oxident plastic) of capacity 500 litres, (cylindrical vertical one piece moulded with closed top),the internal and external surfaces of tanks are smooth,clean and free from any hidden internal defects, hoisted and fixed in postion including S & F necessary GI fittings,inlet/outlet washout,overflow pieces long nipples,checknuts & washer,20mm dia PTMT valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball and 20 mm brass stop cock etc.complete including dismantling existing water tank, all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing with all fittings and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as directed.

Taking up or down 25 mm bore steel tubing with all fittings and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore GI tubing 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC (SWR) pipe 75mm dia single socketed with rubber ring joints/ adhesive fixed to walls with PVC clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of vegetation / plantation on the wall/ roof/ any position of up to double storey building including necessary scaffolding upto 6 m height and roots superfacial area n.exc 2 sqm each and making good of surface by applying chemical treatment with GLYPHOSATE 41% including removing /refixing of CI/GI pipe lines complete.(Note : Brick work, plaster and CI/GI pipe lines shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 110mm dia with oval and access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 75mm dia with oval and access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for making hole and fixing the metalic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and sealer without disturbing existing structure as per manufacturer's instructions and forming agent like coreseal 357A/ core seal 357 CAT for carrying out non destructive water proofing treatment of sunken portion slab, floors and walls of bathroom, WC WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical methods such as hydrophobic PU grouting, epoxy coatings etc. including cleaning of surfaces with wire brush, detecting the sources of leakage and repairing, removing/ taking down unsound treatment/ surfaces and followed by material and labour for second course injection of resin like coreseal 135A/ 135B without disturbing existing structure complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:Buildcore chemicals/ Pidilite/ Chemistic/ Fosrock as approved.

Material and labour for cleaning carefully the existing ceramic tiles with tile cleaner with jet, washing with jet water, scratching and cleaning the joint and filling the same with epoxy tile grout of white/ matching colour, curing complete all as specified and as directed. Make: STP, Asian paint, Berger paint, Pidilite, Fosrock

Material and labour for opening the fittings like Y bend, T etc. from the outlet pipe, fills properly the loose joint between bend and out let pipe with solvent and fixing properly to ensure leakage free joint and plastering the hole of size of 50/75/110mm including taking out old unserviceable PVC/ CI fittings complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of external surfaces of walls and appying two coats of chemical water proofing treatment on wall and chajja terrace and parapet walls, grooves etc. such as , CEMISTIK PU 50 heavy Duty watererproofing coating or equivalent complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws with two corrugation side lap complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling in fillets, rails, rafter, purlins etc, under 40 Sqcm in section, unframed work complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 as in batterns for roofs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality -B complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel Fe-410-W (Gde-250) quality B, as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in & ramming earth or broken rubbles mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregates as in post holes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (plain, corrugated, semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick asbestos cement, two piece adjustable plain serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc. all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No.43 here-in-before but except sheet complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Serviceable materials obtained from dismantled shall be re-used.)

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping on top of wall, bed blocks, lintel band upto 1.5 m. span and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall/ceiling board of any description and any thickness including cover fillets etc complete all as directed.

M&L position suspendd false celling system using T - grid suspended celling grid system. The size of grid shall be 600 x 600mm with GI frame work main runner 38 x 24mm x 3600mm, cross tee 25 x 24x 600mm/25 x 24 x 1200mm and wall angle 24 x 24 x 2540mm (thickness of the material of 0.30 mm), using 9mm thick ceilling panel laminated with PVC film on front face and foil back available in due drop texture as per IS- 2095, part - I - 1996, fixed in the grid of T - grid suspended ceilling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI bar hanger from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clips all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.. Make :- Geproc/Amstrong.

M&L for plaster of paris sheets false ceiling with 600 X 900 X 10 mm thick, sheet fixed with machine screws on and including grid system of GI channel 18 gauge thick, main joist placed at 750mm centers, secondary joists placed at 450 mm centers, GI angle suspenders from roof and treating the plaster of Paris sheets with thin layer of POP with gypsum binder, sanding the surfaces till smooth surfaces is obtained and finally applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement and applying two coats of OBD of any tint over a coat of puttyon new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Renderingfor 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on bricks or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of cement base paint on new surface complete all as specified and directed.
