Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upt 1.5 m. & lead upto 30 m. Including filling, watering & ranning of excavated eart into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides c foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth a directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundatio trenches. Cement concrete with 4 cm. (1½") gauge approved stone ballast ,approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Ch-5 SI 279

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.1. binding wire and includuing Necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars Ch-10 SI 504 as per attached analysis

S&F of permanent black grante stone (Inauguration) etc including all work with all complete work….complete
