Shifting and setting up of piling plant and equipment with the help of gantry platform, tripods, winch / Pile driving rig, bailers, chisellers etc (as per the methodology of work) at each location for providing of 800 mm dia. and 1000mm dia Vertical structural steel liner for boring work and for concreting the piles including fabrication and erection of pile driving plant, staging with various steel plates, girders, angles, channels etc., including cost of steel items, welding charges, strutting and fixing in position at each location, cost of mobilization and demobilization of all equipments, transportation charges of all materials to worksite at Kadmath, all labour charges and minor tools etc. complete.

Providing, Fabricating and delivering of 6 mm thick structural steel cylindrical liner with stiffeners of 6 mm thick at bottom of piles and joints etc for 800mm dia and 1000mm dia vertical cast-in-situ RCC pile, including cost of structural steel plates confirming to IS: 2062, Grade E250, cost of all other materials, transportation charges of structural steel plate to Work Site at Kadmath, all labour charges, hire charges, minor tools, rolling, cutting, welding etc., complete.

Handling of MS liner, transporting to the pile location, placing in position and driving the liner below existing sea bed level to the required depth for 800 mm.dia and 1000mm dia vertical piles, including cost of welding, cutting, aligning, hire charges of all machineries, equipments, all labour charges, consumables and minor tools etc. complete.

Boring / drilling / bailing out through all types of soil strata for 800mm dia and 1000mm dia vertical pile, from the existing sea bed level to founding level (hard rock) including cost of winch / Pile driving rig, bailer, chisel, POL, all labour charges, minor tools and plant etc. complete. (Note: The sample of bored materials at regular interval shall be collected and produced for verification at no extra cost and in case of any dispute the samples so collected shall be referred to an authorised / registered laboratory by the Engineer in Charge and the decision of such authorized laboratory is final and binding on both the parties, (however the cost of testing shall be borne by the contractor).

Providing and laying design mix concrete of RCC M40 grade in accordance with IS 456 (Latest Edition) using coarse aggregate from mainland quarry, M-sand confirming to IS and 43 grade Ordinary portland cement confirming to IS 455, adding silica fume and approved plasticizer as per design mix in cast-in-situ for RCC piles by using tremie with hopper arrangements, excluding cost of fabrication, fixing of reinforcement which will be paid separately, but including cost of cement, stone chips, M-sand, Silica fume & Plasticizer, cost of all labour charges, mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening and washing of coarse aggregate and M- sand, transportation charges of all materials to the Work Site at Kadmath, hire charges and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumables and all other equipments, cost of minor tools etc. complete. (The design mix shall be provided by the contractor from the approved laboratory of Govt. of India).

Dressing / chipping of the RCC pile head of 800mm dia and 1000mm dia including cutting of steel liners & trimming of extra concreted pile above the designed cut off level and exposing the reinforcement to receive fresh concrete for beams, bracing, pile caps etc., bending the reinforcement for new works, cost of all equipments, all labour charges, minor tools etc. complete.

Providing pre-cast reinforced cement concrete of design mix grade M40 in accordance with IS 456 (Latest Edition) using coarse aggregate from mainland quarry, M sand confirming to Zone-III and 43 grade Ordinary portland cement confirming to IS 455, adding silica fume and approved plasticizer as per design mix in cast-in-situ for beams, slabs, pile muff etc. as indicated in the drawing and as directed by Nodal officer etc, excluding cost of fabrication, fixing of reinforcement which will be paid separately, but including cost of cement, stone chips, M-sand, cost of centering and shuttering, cost of all labour charges, mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening and washing of coarse aggregate and mainland river sand, transportation charges of all materials to the Work Site at Kadmath, hire charges and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumables and all other equipments, cost of minor tools, including cost of conveying & placing of Pre cast members in position etc. complete. (The design mix shall be provided by the contractor from the approved laboratory of Govt. of India).

Providing cast – in-situ reinforcement cement concrete of design mix grade M40 in accordance with IS 456 (Latest Edition) using coarse aggregate from mainland quarry, M sand confirming to Zone-III and 43 grade Ordinary portland cement confirming to IS 455, adding silica fume and approved plasticizer as per design mix in cast-in-situ for portion of beams, slabs etc. as indicated in the drawing and as directed by Nodal officer etc excluding cost of fabrication, fixing of reinforcement which will be paid separately, but including cost of cement, stone chips, M sand, cost of centering and shuttering, Silica fume , Plasticizer, cost of all labour charges, mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening and washing of coarse aggregate and M sand, transportation charges of all materials to the Work Site at Kadmath, hire charges and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumables and all other equipments, cost of minor tools etc. complete. (The design mix shall be provided by the contractor from the approved laboratory of Govt. of India).

Providing and laying design mix concrete of CC M30 grade in accordance with IS 456 (Latest Edition) using coarse aggregate from mainland quarry, m-sand, synthetic fibre recron of length 12mm confirming to IS and 43 grade Ordinary portland cement confirming to IS 455, as per design mix in cast-in-situ for Screed (wearing coat) etc. as indicated in the drawing and as directed by Nodal officer etc, including cost of cement, stone chips, M sand, recron fibre , cost of all labour charges, mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening and washing of coarse aggregate and m-sand, transportation charges of all materials to the Work Site at Kadmath, hire charges and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumables and all other equipments, cost of minor tools etc. complete. (The design mix shall be provided by the contractor from the approved laboratory of Govt. of India).

Supply, deliver and transportation of steel of grade Fe 500 D or equivalent confirming to IS 1786 with corrosion resistant element for Fabrication and fixing of reinforcement cages as per drawing for cast-in-situ piles as per the direction of Engineer in Charge, including cost of fabrication, fixing dowels, shear ties, cutting, bending, tying, lapping and welding in position wherever necessary with black 18 SWG annealed binding wire, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to Work Site at Kadmath, cost of binding wires, all T&P required for the work and minor tools etc. complete.

Supply, deliver and transportation of steel of grade Fe 500 D or equivalent confirming to IS 1786 with corrosion resistant element for Fabrication and fixing of reinforcement in superstructure works as per the directions of Engineer in charge, including cost of fabrication & fixing, cost of corrosion resistant deformed bars, all handling charges, cutting, bending, lapping, tying and welding in position wherever necessary with black 18 SWG annealed binding wire, all labour charges, cost of binding wire, transportation charges for all materials from to worksite at Kadmath, all T&P required for the work and minor tools etc. complete

Supplying, Testing and Fixing of cast iron bollards of 20 T and 30 T pull capacity confirming to relevant IS specifications with all fixtures such as anchor bolts, nuts and washers including fixing the bollards in position on the proposed Jetty structure, fixing the anchor bolts with template arrangements at the required locations at desired level and alignment as directed by Engineer in charge, including cost of bollards, anchor bolts, nuts & washers etc, cost of transportation charges of bollards and bolts to worksite at Kadmath, Welding charges, all labour charges and minor tools, etc. complete.

Design ,fabrication, supply and fixing of hydro pneumatic fender of size 2.50 x 5.50 m long for eastern side jetty at Kadmath with all fittings and fixtures as per IS specification etc., complete suitable for berthing of 8000 DWT ships on the jetty situated in open sea, Fixing of pneumatic fender with accessories as directed by the Engineer-in-In-charge and installation of hydro pneumatic fender over face wall in between two piles where ever necessary, including cost of all labour charges and all incidental charges etc. complete..

Painting the exposed area of pile surface using EPOXY resin paint of two coats, including cost of paint, brushes, equipments, plants, fuel, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site at Kadamath, consumables, minor tools etc. complete. (To be painted from 0 (LLWL) to Cut off level).

Carrying out Dynamic load test on vertical pile with test load and testing procedure as per IS 2911(Part-IV) latest, including cost of all materials for making platform with steel members, weight materials, all labour charges , workmanship instrumentation , electronic devices, mechanical handling equipments ,all other materials required for successful completion of load test, including removal of test pile after completion of test . as directed by EIC.
