Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains(not exceding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including disposal of excavated soil as per direction of EIC.All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, side of foundations etc. in layer not exceeding 20 ems in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift uoto 1.5m.

Supplying and filling plinth with sand under floor including watering,ramming,consolidating and dressing, complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work uoto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Brick work with common brunt clays F.P.S (non modular) brick of class designation7.5 in super structure above plingth level upto floor V level in all shapes and size in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1Cement : 6 Coarse Sand).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete ,excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement all work up to plingth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Reinforced Cement Coctrete work in walls ( any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttress, plingth and string course, fillet, columns, pillers , piers abutment, post and strut etc.up to floor five level excluding cost of centering , shuttering ,finishing and reinforcement.1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centring and shuttering including strutting,propping,etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening ,cutting bending ,placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

12mm cement plaster of mix. 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand)

15mm cement plaster on rough side. 1:6 (1cement :6 coarse sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturing of requred colour to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing walls with waterproofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground as per direction of EIC.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.With G.I. barbed wire.

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.
