M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the smooth of the slab incl rubbing & polishing including dismantling of existing kota stone with cement mortar bedding complete all as spd & directed.

M & L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No 16 but on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirting etc set & jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed..

M & L for Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square /Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0, 25 mm thick using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate a in base for flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by hammering, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and apply cement slurry @ 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre to receive tile screed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles, size 450 mm X 300 mm, 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirting etc set & jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

For Non-Acessable Roof:- M&L for provn of water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with APP modifed plain membrane, thickness of membrane not less than 3 mm and weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm comprising with following items as mentioned in serial no.99.01 here-in - after as specified and directed.

(a)The surface of roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths, etc. over which waterproofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as, fungus, moss, dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain out lets a grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. Concrete angle-fillets shall be provided at junctions between roofs and vertical faces of walls (parapet and other walls) around obstacles such as pipes, chimneystacks, etc. and other similar situation to ease up about corners.(b)Bitumious based Primer conforming to IS: 3384 @ 0.3 Kg/SM to be applied on prepared surface, till the surface is properly impregnated.(c) After the application of approved bituminous primer the water proofing membrane shall be laid on the primed surface by torch application method as per manufacturer’s instruction. The overlap while torching shall be 100mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer and seling it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (d)All joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane.(e)A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of 100x100mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/timers should be rounded.(f)Apply two coats of bituminous aluminium paint over APP membrane @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm complete all as per manufacturers instructions.

For Accessible Roof:- M&L for provn of water proffing roof treatment to RCC roof with APP mineral/gravel finish modified membrane thickness of membrane not less than 3 mm and weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm comprising with following items as mentioned in serial no.100.01 here-on - after.

Taking down CI/PVC/AC pipe 100/75 mm fixed to wall etc including accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforced cement concrete complete all as spd and as directed.
