MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF PUMP HOUSE AND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AT PASIGHAT STN UNDER GE (AF) CHABUA

Services required for Maintenance and Operation of Main Receiving Station (MRS)/CSS 11KV at ALG pasighat, incl Sundays and holidays to operate HT VCBs, GODs, standby DG sets replacing of HT fuses, jumpers, phase correction, hourly recording of HT panel readings of sub station, recording of break downs, shut downs etc. and operation of other electrical equipments including attending no power supply and other electrical complaints from time to time as and when required. Contractor shall ensure uninterrupted services by qualified/experienced individuals round the clock.

Services required for Maintenance and Operation for Pump house incl Sundays and holidays to operate the submersible pumping sets, Sewage pump standby DG set, LT panels and connected cables, chloropower, granular chlorine dosing system, Air compressor, Operation of control valves & back washing of IR plant, PSOH tanks, incl rising & delivery pipe lines and other accessories installed as and when required. Contractor shall ensure uninterrupted services by qualified/experienced individuals for minimum of 16 hours a day as per schedule decided by engineer in charge.

NOTES FOR ITEM NO - 1 & 2 (i) Cleaning of sub-station/pump house premises(inside and outside),upto 6 m of installation removing debris, grass bushes and vegetation upto required standard of inspection point of view daily or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge is the contractors responsibility. (ii) The required stationery, registers , documents etc will be supplied by the firm for each installation all as directed by the engineer in charge from time to time (iii) The firm is responsible for operating the valves at any position/location/distance. (iv) To provide required reliever to the manning staff as required. (v) The contractor is responsible for switching ON/OFF of near by street light switches at all installations as applicable of as directed by Engr-in-charge. (vi) The contractor is responsible to replace burnt out fuse. (Contractor will arrange the fuse wire at his own expense without any extra cost to the dept). (vii) The contractor is responsible to repair for any minor internal defect as required all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge (viii) Necessary LED torch light to be arranged by the contractor for all installation. (ix) The contractor has to provide necessary dress with name plate of operator & shoes (dress code to be followed) to the manning staff. (x) The contractor has to provide necessary tools to the manning staff of each installations. (xi) Any problems faced in operation of pumps/DG sets/other equipments shall immediately be intimated by the operator to the JE E/M in charge of installation and Engr-in-charge. (xii) The contractor is responsible for providing sweeping materials i.e. Broom etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

NOTES CONTD… (xiii) The contractor is responsible for Water sample collection from distribution point and getting tested at approved district testing laboratory once in every 06 Months or as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl maintenance of log sheet / register/ documents for recording pumping operational hours, voltage, Amperes, frequency etc. on hourly basis round the clock for 11 months complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xiv) The contractor is responsible for collection of DHPP, Bleaching powder, Granular chemical, lubricant Oil from MES store (to be issued under Sch "B" FREE for MIXING/POURING) on day to day as required basis and pouring there off. Any extra effort/manpower/transportation required. for the same is to be arranged by the contractor.
