Construction of 6-4 seat toilets

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay and sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation treches.

Concrete with 4cm. Guage brick ballast fine sand of 1.25 F:M. and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

M-150 brick work in One part cement and Six part fine sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P required for proper completion of work as per SI.No. 307.

M-150 brick work in One part cement and Four part Coarse sand mortar in Superstructure h including supply of all materials, labour & T&P required for proper completion of work as per SI.No. 305+309.

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.50:3 in slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge stone grit / single course sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

12 mm thick plaster with cement and approved course sand in proportion 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Supply and fixing of 1mm thick MS Sheet gauge door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron include screw necessary bending and excluding cost of floor spring if required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing 6mm thick china glazed tiles of first quality in skirting or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per Chapter No. 14 Item No. 628

Supply and fixing 6 to 8 mm thick ivory or light shades vitrefied tiles 600x600mm size in flooring and skirting with 1:3 approved cement and coarse sand mortar finished within its cement colour slurry, jointing and polished of approvedquality complete, including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. As per Ch. 14 New item No. 5.

Distempering 2 coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacturer and required shade on undercoated wall surface to with an even shade over and including a primer coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of British Shalimar, Asian paint after throughly brushing the surface free from moprtar droppings and other froeign matter and alson including preparing the surdace even and sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials.

P/F water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or Strap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistem with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings as per Ch. 22 S.I. No. 17.1.1

P/F whiote vitreous china pedestal type water closet ( Europan type) with seal and lid 10 Ltr low flushing cistem with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings as per Ch. 22 S.I. No. 17.3.1

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank lSI: 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Supply and fixing Ball valve brass of Approved quality complete 15mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china wash basin including making all connections but excluding the cost of fittings : flat back wash basin of size 630x450mm.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm bevelled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete.

Prividing & Fixing G.I. Pipe complete with G.I. fittings and clamps including cutting and making good the walls etc.(15 mm dia) linternal work - Exposed on wall.

Supply and fixing C.P. brass Angle valve approved quality confirming to I.S 8931 15 mm nominal boar.

Supply and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality confirming to I.S 8931 15 mm nominal boar.
