SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND ERECTION OF OWS PUMPSETS

Supply and delivery of wet type Open well Submersible pumpsets capable of discharging the following pumpage in lpm against noted head in m suitable for erection into the Infiltratin well / Open well of 4.5m/3.5m/any dia with stainless steel shaft, bronze impeller and stainer with brass screws, water lubricated bearings with sand guard. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum frictin. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 rpm, 3phase, 50 Hz, 415V+6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL starting and for continuous operation. The pumpset should be provided with 3 m length of suitable size PVC insulated copper flat cable for connecting the pumpset, starter & isolator. The pumpset should conform to IS 14220 and as amended thereafter and bear ISI marking as directed by Departmental officers

Supply & delivery of floor mounting type weather, vermin and dust proof powder coated L.T. cubical panel board made of 20 SWG MS sheet & MS angle iron frame work with enclosed 4 Nos of Aluminium busbars of Electrolyte grade E.91,PVC sleeved of suitable size for phase and neutral with hinged front door and railway lock and key arrangements. The bus bars shall be of ample current carrying capacity with all internal wiring as per I.E.rules and as per IS 8633 and as per safety requirement of CEIG. The design of panel board should facilitate for quick operation of all switches from front side. The panel board should be completed with all internal iring including necessary earthing arrangements and consists of the components for controlling incoming and outgoing supply. as follows
