M&L for preparation of surfaces of existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top/concrete surfaces and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 at the rate of 05 kg / 10 sqm by mechanical sprayer and M&L of 40 mm thick (consolidated Thickness) Bituminious premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi- Dence Concrete using 5.5 % binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen with minimum Marshal stability 1200 kg/sqcm) by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mix plant and pre-mix material laid with mechanical paver incl premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen and including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and minimum 5Km/hour to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.
