Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of pipe line/ cable etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated rocks, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of pipe line/ cable etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well raming in layer excedding 25 cm each in any type of soil/rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil/rock of any type to a distance not exceeding 50 m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing in repair 100 mm dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all GI fittings such as flanges, unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in trenches, floors or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 5 above but 80 mm dia medium grade pipe

Supply, fixing, laying & testing in repair CPVC pipes 25 mm SDR 11 including Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in trenches, floors with all accessories complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Gun metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for pipe of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Kirloskar/ Zoloto/ BIR/Leader.

All as per item No. 10 above but 50 mm dia pipe

S&F in replacement Cast iron 80 mm bore sluice valve class PN-1.6 heavy duty both side flanged conforming to IS-14846 2000 ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel head complete with rubber gasket packing, nuts, bolts and washers as required at site all as specified and directed. Make:- Kirloskar/ Zoloto/ BIR/Leader.

All as per item No. 12 above but 100 mm dia pipe

S&F in replacement Cast iron 80 mm bore non return valve complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Kirloskar/ Zoloto/ BIR/Leader.

Supply and fix in repair 80 mm bore brass foot valve screwed or flanged type including nut, bolts and washers comforming to IS-4038 complete all as directed. Make:- Kirloskar/ Zoloto/ BIR/Leader.

M&L for construction of valve pit of size 900 x 900 x 1200 mm (internal dimensions of the chamber), removing the unserviceable material at a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and constructing new vlave pit with following specifications:- (i) PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick in foundation. (ii) Precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1 (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 (iii) 15mm thick plaster internally and on top in CM 1:6 and 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 extrnally upto 15 cm height or upto GL. (iv) Flooring 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) (v) PCC coping 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) (vi) Angle iron frame 25 x 25 x 4 mm thick for cover and mild steel 3 mm thick plate in cover with locking arrangement, handle and necessary hinges etc, . (vii) Two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface.

Cutting of existing GI/Steel/CPVC/CI tubing of 40-100 mm dia/size in position for taking branch connection including insertion of new tee, elbow, reducer etc. equal and any other accessories as required at site or directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
