Maintenance work

Repairing damaged Terrace tile area & Wall surface with waterproofing elastomeric coat by removing all existing paint, putty and Loose plaster over wall, clean surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. For walls & Terrace with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) / Acrylic primer added to the cement with 1:1.5 ratio apply one coats as a protection coating & to make the surface strong. Followed by two coat of elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR/ Acrylic primer, Elastomeric, POP and scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

Removing all existing loose concrete upto rusted rod, Surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade/ Sand paper for exposed reinforced corroded steel, application of anti corrosive paint for existing reinforcement, followed by application of SBR Bonding agent and one layer of micro concrete at 15 to 20mm thick & allowing it to cure and also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. and surface plastering of 1:3 mix with SBR added cement. Followed by one coat of Elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR, Elastomeric, plaster of paris, Micro concrete, Ladder, Ropes, Buckets and Brushes etc., complete complying with slandered specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

White washing three coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of Interior Emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Re-Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint with priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Easing the existing over hanging doors and windows including renewing frame its position and refixing the same after attending petty repair works including for wrough and putup in position fixing necessary furniture excluding cost of aurniture etc, complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian make bevelled edge mirror of approved quality and brand PVC / Fibre Glass framed 600 x 450 x 5.5mm thick mirror, shelf type with hard board backing of approved colour fixed with brass screws, rawl plug, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The mirror should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on woks)

Renewing the damage broken unserviceable Connection Accessories with new one such as Grating, Waste coupling, Connecting Hose etc. including labour for fixing in position etc., complete complying with slandered specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian made white / colour glazed earthernware wash hand basin of size 550 x 400mm (with pedestal / without pedestal) with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost 15mm dia brass CP pillar tap, 32mm dia "B" class GI waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple, 15mm dia nylone connection, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling including fixing of wash basin using CI brackets on to the wall in position with TW plugs and screws, rubber washers, white lead and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coat of painting over a priming coat of anti-corrosive paint including testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Renewing and refixing in position 15mm dia brass CP Pillar cock (heavy duty (G0202A1) /Angle cock (G0253A1) and heavy waste hose of approved parryware make jade model conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the works).

(The tower rail should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supply and fixing the following furniture fittings of approved quality and make including labour charge for fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification (The fittings should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Renewal of curtain drapery 25mm steel rod with finials rings,brackts,including labour for cutting the requried length and fixing the brackets in position etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Curtain made of H.L.Jacqard flower design embrassed type of edan mills cloth french fleeted 5" border polypropline tape with stitching and lining cloth and fixing in position for the following size.

Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work. (200 cft volume capacity)
