Material & Labour Mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers , welding, bending, cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat with red oxide zinc Chrome and two coats of aluminium paint, including taking down/dismantling earthing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old /unserviceable damaged existing steel/concrete poles of any size/length from existing position including necessary excavation and demolition of PCC foundation and removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel tubular swaged poles of type 410-SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts ,screws and pole cap and includingusive of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface all as specified and as directed. (Note:Excavation ,earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately )

S&F steel tubular swaged poles of type 410-SP-31 (11 mtr long) complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts ,screws and pole cap and includingusive of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface all as specified and as directed. (Note:Excavation ,earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately )

Taking down existing unserviceable stay wire of any size from HT/LT pole all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in proper position galvanized stay wire strand of size 7 / 3.15 mm (where required at site) all as specified and as directed

Taking out unserviceable stay assembly including necessary excavation and demolition of PCC foundation and removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-1 of SSR Part I, with stay rod of 16 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed (loop type insulator stay, clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately)

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2 (Using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of pole, stay and filling and mass concrete) including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregate as in copping of electric pole at site including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 M depth and getting out for laying of cable etc in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per above serial Item No: 18 above but depth exceeding beyond 1.5mtr and not exc 3 metre all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches spreading and consolidation 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm of the sand after laying the cable but will be measured 18 cm after punning etc complete as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying of bricks well burnt sub class B (old pattern) laid flat for cable protection width equal to the length of bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting and trimming of tree branches of any girth all around the LT over head lines up to 3 mtr all around the over head lines complete and removing the cut branches from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr including Restringing of existing over head sagged conductor over head lines on existing LT poles including providing binding wire, line taps , fixing of dispositioned insulators in position with nuts and bolts with washers etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Detecting the fault of LT 440 Volt overhead/under ground system of any feeder/location with all necessary safety and testing equipment and tools and plants and rectify the defects on top priority basis/as and when reqd including testing on completion all as specified and directed

M&L for MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, thermal magnetic, 100Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA, fixed in repairs, all as specified and directed Note:- (Make - Legrand cat-420095 and equivalents make in Hager / Siemens.)

Taking out carefully LT under ground cable of any size from trenches, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
