Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel/ AC sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including translucent sheet at any height complete all as specified and directed

M & L pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated any approved corrugated profile steel sheet corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item above but in plain steel sheet for Ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Dubbing out average 15mm thick on irregular face of walls chajja roof projection ceiling facia etc in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth includ roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed

M & L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles7to 8 mm thick(square/Rectanglar) area of each tiles exc .11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm in floor including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.Complete all as specified and as directed.
