Note: Necesary approval & charges of Municipal corporation or any othe authority like NGT/Police etc if equired shall be taken by the Contactor at his own end. Contractor shall be solely esponsible for the same. The rates are inclusive for the same.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, shelves, copings, bed plates, hold fasts, plinth courses, chajjas, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, filling in pressed steel frame and the like finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates for sub bases of floor, mass concrete finished even and rough to receive topping layer completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection 75mm thick laid in bays and surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified .

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 7.5 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 75 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:6 complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for joint free glazed coloured ceramic coloured tiles of 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick on vertical surface of walls set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, all as specified and directed by engr-in charge.

M&L non-skid, ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles over and including screed bed 15mm thick average in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repair brass CP Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, fancy type with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair white Vitreous China Urinal, Half stall type, complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; including CP urinal Spreader with brackets, and , Waste coupler complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppply and hoisting 1000 litrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) HDPE double layered , cylindrical type, fixed and hoisted in position on roof at any height all as specified in SSR Part I complete with inlet/outlet of 20 mm GI Pipe connection including 20mm Gun metal gate valve at inlet and outlet connection complete all as specified and directed.

Complete revoval of existing wate proofing treatment including PCC padding / brick tiles/ brick coba and Mud Phaska etc. without damaging the eixisting slab complete all as directed and M&L for preparation of surfaces to achieve clean and sound concrete surfaces float finished and free from cavities and projecting nibs. All substrates should be dry clean and free of dust, plaster, oil,paint, grease, corrosion, deposits, and any other deleterious substances. Crackes/honey comb will be repaired by chasing open the area minimum 20mm depth in V-groove shape. All the chased substrate should be sound and cleaned using water. Smooth substrate must be mechanically roughened to provide an adequate key applying bond coat on the prepared surface with Nitobond SBR latex of FOSROC/smartcare repair polymer SBR latex of Asian paints/pidilite (Dr. Fixit Super Latex) or equivalent of Sika mixed slurry coat (1 SBR:1water:3 Cement). Reinstallement polymer modified mortar shall be complete within the overlay time of bonding coat. Later reinstating the chased area with Nitobond SBR latex admixed PMM, of FOSROC/Smartcare Repair polymer SBR latex admixed PMM of Asian paints/Pidilite (Dr. Fixit Pidicreate URP) or equivalent of sika inculding finsihing, curing, complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Bore packing:- Opening the periphery of the existing frains minimum 20 mm depth and sealing the same with high strenth non shrink epoxy mortar like Nitomortar S of FOSROC/APCOREP Epoxy Mortar of Asian paints/ Pidlilite (Dr. Fixit Expoxy Mortar) or equivalent in sika in the gap around drainage pipes (between pipe and concrete) complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Injecting nozzle packing: Drill and fixing injection packers in RCC members for cementitious grouting, drilling holes in structural members at the intervals as per recommendation/requirements, cleaning the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Insert 12 mm dia, 50-75mm long PVC or equivalent injection packers in cleaned holes with fast setting mortar like Renderoc Plug of Fosroc or equivalent in Asian paints/sika/pidilite. Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of the grouting without damaging structural elements. Injection Grounting: Supply and applying with pressure (mechanical means) plasticuised expanding grout admixed cementitious grouts Cebex 100 of FOSROC or equivalent in Sika/Pidilite/Asian paints having chloride contents-Nil as per BS:5075, Typical unrestrained expansion of upto 4% in general.The admixed should be mixed @225 gms per 50 Kg of cement.

M&L for hacking up the corners using suitable mean, later cleaning the same using water, followed by the application of Nitobond SBR latex or smartcare Repair polymer equivalent in Sika/pidilite/mixed slurry coat (1SBR:1water:3 cement) & later filling and making 100 mm x100mm concave coving using Nitobond SBR latex admixed PMM of FOSROC/smartcare Repair polymer SBR latex admixed PMM of Asian Paints or equivalent of sika/pidilite, including finishing, curing, all complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and laying PCC of M20 grade mixed with approved water proofing compound like Conplast WLXtra of fosroc or smartcare VltaliaNEO of Asian paints or equivalent in sika/pidilite an advanced technology based, corrosion resistance admixed as per ASTM G1, IS 2645, JISZ 1535 mixing @ 200 ml/bag of cement, includig control joints (6mm wide and 10 mm deep) at every 3mx3m panel size, making angle fillet of 75mmx75mm using M20 grade concrete at the corners.

M&L for induced control joints as in roof filling in the screed concrete with sealant Fosroc nitoseal PU50/ Asian paints smartcare PU sealant or equivalent in sika/pidilite.

Providing and applying 15 mm thick cement plaster proportion 1:4 admixed with integral waterproofing admixed conplast WLXtra of FOSROC ot smartcare VLtaliaNEO of Asian paints or equivalent in Sika/pidilite an advanced technology based, corrosin resistance admixed as per IS2645, ASTM G1, JISZ 1535 mixing @ 200ml/bag of cement. This shall include all chamfering, rounding off of corners, protrusion and shall include shutttering cost or as per Engineer-in-charge specification. Cement and sand will be in client scope. Note for Sr item no 48 to 51.40 :- (a) MoU will be done by the contractor with the one of the above OEM for carrying out water proofing treatment .
