Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M Sand ) using new best country Bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼” x 2 ¾” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.

Plastering with cement mortor 1:5 to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour charges etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of grill gate including all material with labour charges and completed as per standard specification etc.,.

Painting two coats ready mixed Approved Cement Paint of first quality and of approved colour over a primingcoat including through scarbing clan removel ofone coat of priming with best Cement paint as directed by the department officers etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris whever regd.(S.l.No.358) -10sqm

Painting the new iron work two coats over one coat of priming with best Cement paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers (S.l.No.359-A)

Providing and laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub/ Base Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges,rentals for machinary,fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 OF MORTH
