Schedule 'A' Part - XI : Design, supply and erection and commissioning of Pre-engineered bldg steel structure for Hanger of size 74mx 60mx 09m (As per drawings) with Alu -zinc coating colour profiled roof and wall cladding sheets 0.60mm thick and yield strength of 550 mpa in wall cladding and roofing (approximately of 15% of roof sheeting with semi transparent polycarbonate sheet of 6mm thickness) with matching profile including RCC foundation, anchor bolts, base plates, and all structural steel items, rain water gutters and down take pipes etc with electro mechanical operated sliding doors with steel frames, turbo air ventilators etc complete with RCC framed structure (floor excluded) complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item 14 :- (i) Hangar flooring including under layers shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items catered in Sch ' A' Part - VI and XII. (ii) The rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of vetting of design of structure (PEB) by any IITs/IISc Bangalore. The design (showing full calculations and details) vetted by IITs/IISc shall be submitted to the department as per time schedule communicated by Accepting Officer. (iii) The rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of necessary base plates including anchor bolts etc. (iv) The rate quoted is also deemed to include the cost for turbo air ventilators and provision of necessary arrangement for fixing bird proofing, light fittings, EOT Crane. (v) The rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of design, fabricate and erect electrically operated (with manual option) sliding Hangar doors on either side of hangar. The rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of providing one wicket door of size 1m x 2 m in one leaf (both sides) and peep window (both sides) of hangar door. (vi) All the drawings shall be vetted from any IIT/IISc and design of PEB structure to be carried out based on relevant IS Codes.

Schedule 'A' Part - XII : Fittings, Fixtures & Misc items: POLYURETHANE FLOORING M&L for 5mm thick epoxy polyurethane ESD flooring in hangar including ground marking on hangar flooring complete all as specified in PS and as directed by Engineer in charge.

BIRD PROOFING Supply and fix Anti bird net UV black in colour fixed in Entrance door pulley based side openable made of material Polyolefin all weather proof co-polymer of machine knotting using CNC machines with DSLS technology for anti slip knotting, heat setting should be steam set for greater dimensional stability and knot firmness and diameter of the twine is 1mm and the size of mesh 25x25mm(+/-2mm) of square mesh and should achieve twine breaking strength of 16 kgf min, MBS (Mesh breaking strength) 12 Kgf and KBS (Knot Breaking strength) 22 Kgf min fixed complete all as manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed (Make: Leo Techonova India/M/s Srijan Pvt Ltd) or equivalent approved by GE.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix Angle cock, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated with long shank & cup concealed type for PP-R pipe of 16mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

SHED FOR OXYGEN CHARGING Material and labour for Welded steel wire fabric, size 25mmx25mmx4mm thick, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples complete to wood or steel members not exceeding 4Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL Supply and fix LLDPE septic tank of 1000Ltr capacity with up flow filter including filter media designed to carry sewage and sludge water including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft , connection etc complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Riddling sand obtained from excavation for cable protection 8 cm under the cable and 15 cm above the cable in trench and get the thick layer of 18 cm after ramming. Note :- In case sufficient sand not obtained from excavation, the required additional qty obtain from out side land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for LT panel board (CPRI type tested) Size 1mx1mx0.45m, out door cubical type compartment free standing pedestal mounting type fabricated CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415 volts with insulated aluminium bus bar cap 200 amp for phases and 100 amp for neutral, separate earth bus of aluminium flat of size 25x3mm shall be provided along the entire length of the panel board and two sides of this earth bus will be separately earthed, finish the panel board shall be powder coated, dust & vermin proof, ventilated compartment door shall be properly earthed along with the following components.
