Dismantling floor hearth/ stone slabs/mosaic tile flooring or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing servicebale tiles outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F light shade vitrified ceramic tiles Double charge 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over a screed bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1;6 Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down easing and adjusting of door shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm and not exc 2.0Sqm including refixing of builders hardware in the same opening etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but including ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. to adistance of 5.0KM outside MD land, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination by own arrangement of contractor etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All demolished materials to be removed from site in whatever required vehicles and site to be cleared completely.

Dismantling of PCC /RCC poles of any size and removal from the site complete all as directed.

Dismantling and relocating of existing old serviceble LT panel board including removal of all incomming and out going cables including refixing the same complete all as directed.

Supply, laying and testing in trenches/ on pole / through pipes, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 50 sq mm 3.50 core including connection with cable glands & lugs etc on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work, sand cushning ,bricks,GI protection pipes etc shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items of this Sch'A'.

Supply, laying and testing in trenches/ on pole / through pipes, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 10 sq mm 2.0 core including connection with cable glands & lugs etc on completion complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches for under ground cable n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil including forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sand cushning to under ground cable in layers ( 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and laying sub class 'B' bricks locally available best quality, designation 75 for cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs LED 1x45 W street light made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics IP-66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07 . complete all as specified and as dircted. Make; Havells Cat No LHETAXU7NPN6J045 or equivalent in Wipro/crompton.

S&F steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron base plate finial tapper plug bolts nuts and screws type 410SP-22 (8.5 Mtr long) etc. complete all as specified and as dircted.

S&F GI bracket for street light made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.2 mtr length bend in shape as required with MS flat iron Clamp etc. complete all as specified and as dircted.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 50Sqmm ,3.5 core XLPE armoured electric power cable all as specified and as directed. Make:M-SEAL/RAICHEM/IXCON (CCI)/DENSON

S&F Thermoplastic cable junction box IP 66/67 weather proof,corrosion free, halogen and silicon free Uv resistance,insulated shock proof high impact strength flame retardent and self extinguishing glow wires test conductor at 960 degree junction box suitable for terminating cable for 6sqmm/10 sqmm /16 Sqmm including necessary cable gland and check nut size of M-32(incomming and out going cables) and mounting bracket clamp suitable size as per site with nut bolt washer, complete all as specified and directed . Make : HENSEL Cat part No KF 1010 G and cable gland cat No 1555.32.25 or its equvalent in Raychem/ Cabseal/ Denson.

Dismantling of old water proofing treatment including screed bed and cleaning the surface with wire brushes removing dust, foreign material incl cleaning the surface with water pressure and rubbish off the same out side the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in floors/roofing as leveling course.complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered as panding concerete.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surfaces mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note:- a) WPC will be measured and paid separetly. b) Screed bed is to be done when the concrete is still green.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the plastered/concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under: (a) Apply bitumen primer at the rate of 0.27 litre per Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 and bonding bitumen of VG-10 @1.20 Kg per Sqm. (b) APP modified water proofing memebrane as per IS 16540/16532-2017, 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.50 kg per Sqm reinforce polyster/HMHDPE matt black finish over compatible primer/bonding bitumen and finish the top surface with bituminus aluminium paint @0.10 Ltr per Sqm complete all as specified.

Removal of vegetation/ tree growth etc on external surface of walls or on roof top in G+5 storey bldgs by taking all necessary precaution to the workers and also the adjacent Govt properties including digging out of filling holes with pcc (1:2:4) type B1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) and finishing the surface to match adjacent surfaces after application of suitable chemical using "break ' manufactured by M/S Denocil company or equivalent to avoid re-growth of the vegetation and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed .(Any damage to the adjcacent Govt properties like glass windows,pipe lines etc to be made good without any extra cost) for plants girth not exc 5 cm

All as per Item no.27 here-in-before but for plants of girth exc 5cm & not exc 15cm.

S & F,in repairs 20mm bore galvanized iron tubing medium grade ISI marked with all fittings laid in trenches/floors/roof all as specified and as directed.

S & F,in repairs 25mm bore galvanized iron tubing medium grade ISI marked with all fittings laid in trenches/floors/roof all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the existing tanks of capacity exc 500 ltr and not exc 1000 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position etc complete all as specified and as directed.
