REPAIRS MAINTENANCE TO SEWAGE SYSTEM BY CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANK, MANHOLES, SEWAGE LINES, GULLY TRAPS ETC AT MCPOS BLDG G PLUS 10 MULTI STOREY AT KADAMBA AND MANZIL CREEK AND SITE A3 OF NAVAL BASE KARWAR

Rectifying complaints of bathroom / kitchen / WHB / urinals / WCs of any pattern by cleaning the blockage of gully traps and Nahani traps and make it fully functional by flushing with sufficient water including disposal of sludge etc away from residential area and burring in borrow pits (Earth work if any and making good to distrubed surface shall be deemed to be included in unit rate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes:- ((a)Unit rate quoted shall include taking out sludge away from residential area and burring in borrow pits. (b) The payment shall be done by complaint wise. (c) The period of rectifying each complaints is maximum 48 hrs and in case of failure to rectify the complaint in the stipulated period the necessary recovery at the rate of Rs 150 / per day per complaint shall be deducted from next due to contractor without any notice. (d) The contractor shall provide cleaning personal along with tools,pump ,bucket ,etc to rectify the complaints.

M&L for removal of blockage and cleaning of sewage lines of 150mm bore by rodding from manholes to manholes or manholes to cleaning eyes, taking out all debris, sludges and solid materials from sewage lines and removing outside MD land and well flushing with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of blockage and cleaning of sewage lines of 200mm bore by rodding from manholes to manholes or manholes to cleaning eyes, taking out all debris, sludges and solid materials from sewage lines and removing outside MD land and well flushing with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of blockage and cleaning of sewage lines of 250mm bore by rodding from manholes to manholes or manholes to cleaning eyes, taking out all debris, sludges and solid materials from sewage lines and removing outside MD land and well flushing with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of blockage and cleaning of sewage lines of 400mm bore by rodding from manholes to manholes or manholes to cleaning eyes, taking out all debris, sludges and solid materials from sewage lines and removing outside MD land and well flushing with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of blockage and cleaning of manholes of size 800mm x 800mm and upto a depth of 1m by removing sludge/ liquid foul/ waste etc., complete and ensuring smooth flow of sewage including sprinkling of bleaching powder after cleaning of manholes and disposing the waste outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 7.00 above but manhole of size 900mm x 1200mm and depth of manhole exc. 1 m and not exc 2 m.
