ROAD/HARDSTANDING/SLAB CULVERT. Material & Labour 200 mm thick(compacted thickness) GSB-II (Granular sub base) of table 400-1 of MORTH, IRC specification, spreading in single layer using mechanical grader over Sub-grade , watering, ramming /rolling by tandem vibratory roller and finishing to longitudinal gradient (1:150) & transverse gradient (1:100) and to achive field compaction at least 98% of MDD (maximum dry density) determined using Modified Proctor Density determination method as per IS code complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers each layer 75mm thick compacted separately with crushed stone aggregate of specified grading ,spread using mechanical paver as specified, rolled and consolidated using 8 to 10 tonne capacity tandem vibratory power roller as specified to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying pavement quality cement concrete (PQC) of minimum field flexural strength 45kg/sqcm (lower control limit -LCL) after 28 days in pavement slab using minimum 400 Kg cement with crushed stone aggregate including necessary formwork, mixed with non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @1 Kg/Cum, laid using mechanical paver, compacting, curing, brooming and belting complete all as specified and directed. (Average thickness of slab 150mm) (Note: (a) All types of joints shall be measured and paid for separately. (b) No deduction shall be made from concrete for space occupied by construction and dummy joint. However, deduction shall be made for the space occupied by expansion joints. (c) Cost of Non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (d) Cost of any admixtures required to achieve the desired properties of concrete shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for PQC. (e) Form work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (f) Minimum cement content specified as 400 Kg is for quoting purpose only. (g) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement content used in the work as approved in the Design Mix.)

Providing and laying 100mm thick (consolidated thickness) dry lean concrete(DLC) , compressive strength not less than 10 N/Sqmm at 7 days for each consecutive group of 5 Cubes or individual strength of cube shall not less than 7.5 MPa at 7 days using table 600-I for grading of aggregate, minimum cement content shall not be less than 150 Kg/Cum as per MORTH IRC SP-49 specifications, mixing in batching plant, transported to site including spreading by mechanical paver and compacted by 8 to 10 tonne vibratory roller including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and as directed.

The contractor shall submit QAP (quality assurance programme) after the 15 days from placement of order for transformer testing to factory.
