A : MRV (VRF) Outdoors: Service of Variable Refrigerant Flow of Side Discharge Heat Pump Outdoor Unit with 100% DC Inverter based Compressor in each System/modules; connectable to multiple Indoor Units as per specification: (a) The Outdoor unit should be of fully inverter scroll / rotary compressors with special pre-coated fins, panel, corrosion resistant (suitable for seaside installation) coated condenser, inverter based condenser fan M.S. hot dip galvanised stands / supports, electrical & microprocessor panel with internal cabling, isolating valves, Indivisual as well as Central remote Controler, software, follwing indoor units and all the necessary accessories for proper functioning of the units, having following approximate capacities. The System is considered for both Cooling as well as Heating purpose. (b) The Outdoor units shall be factory assembled weather proof casing constructed from heavy gauge mild steel with Inverter Scroll / Rotary Compressor with Liquid injection facility in order to achive no deration in cooling capacity upto -5deg ºC to +50deg ºC Temp. (c) The Outdoor Unit has 2 stage deep sub-cooling circuit and cross oil return technology, should be equipped with double EEV control design & four way air return heat exchanger design. (d) The Outdoor Unit should have Error code LED display for ease of operation & Each compressor should have Oil Separator for safer operation; Automatic Oil Balancing; PCB cooled by refrigerant; Eco friendly refrigerant R-410a, The Heat Pump type & suitable for operation within the ambient temperature range Up to 50º C. (e) The outdoor unit fitted with low noise aero spiral design fan with multiple speed DC motor. EER (Minimum): 3.9 Capacity of Outdoor Unit: 22 HP Servicing

B : MRV (VRF) Indoors: (a) Service of MRV (VRF) Indoor of AHU Units equipped with pure copper evaporator coils & will be configurated with the above outdoors. The required power supply will be 3 phase 220V ± 10% at every indoor location. The Indoor Units should be complete with electronic expansion valve with BLDC fan motor, controls and insulated drain pan. The price of indoor unit with Panel Re Commissioning.
