Hard concrete should not be removed by force. 2) M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.) 3) M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 4) M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed. 5) M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including requisite scaffolding with all safety equipments upto 15 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer & 3mm thick in two layer putty on wall/ ceiling on newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces including requisite scaffolding with all safety equipments upto 15 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Taking down chowkhat or frame not exceeding 1.5 Square Metre each , removing from the site including cutting holes required for taking out existing hold fast etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item above but exceeding 1.5 Square Metre and not exceeding 04 Square Metre each complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mmx 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F for factory made solid PVC panel type PVC door shutter 30mm thick consisting of frame madeout of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rails, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specifications and drawing given under SSR Part II 2020 complete all as specified and directed

S&F for Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with wood free EPS, 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawingcomplete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed

S&F 30mm thick decorative type flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides and both faces are covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match including necessary polishing/varnishing complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Taking down carefully existing aluminium sliding window shutters,(glass/wire mesh) /frame not exceeding 1.5 Square Metre each

Supply only 4 to 5mm thick glass ordinary quality plain with including wooden/rubber beading or gasket for aluminium section complete all as specified

Supply only 2.50 to 3.0mm thick pin head glass with including wooden/rubber beading or gasket for aluminium section complete all as specified
