Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning in replacement of factory made outdoor type dust and vermin proof (IP 65 protection) feeder Pillar LT Panel board cubicle double door hinged type of suitable size 415V AC, 50Hz, fabricated of GP/CRCA sheet 3.15mm(10 SWG) thick machine pressed complete including 4 Pole aluminum Bus Bar of 200 Amp mounted on porcelain insulator ,concealed hinged door with 3 Positioning door locking arrangement and enclosed in chamber made out of 2mm sheet thick GP/ CRCA sheet machine pressed and connection from incoming and outgoing electric cable with suitable size thimbles/lugs cable gland with open able shutters on both side and comprising of following (i)MCCB 160 Amps 25KA 4pole with microprocessor release adjustable type with spreader link :- 01 (Incoming) (ii) MCCB 160 Amp 36 KA, 4 P, 415V with spreader link and change over switch :- 01 (Incoming) (iii) Aluminium Busbar of 200 Amps phase x 3 +Nutral with insulated (iv) Digital Ammeter 0-200 Amp Digital inbuilt ASS (v) LED indicator lamp Red/yellow/Blue colour (vi) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 Amp Digital inbuilt VSS (vii) one set of CTs 150/5A Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sheet metal enlosure for DBs when MCBs to be used double door factory made flush fixed complete with 200 amps rated bus-bar 240 volts single phase 12 ways including necessary brick work and plaster to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCBs single pole (SP) 6 to 32 Amps with 10 KA breaking capacity of 'B' series in distribution boards complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCBs single pole and neutral (SPN) 40 to 63 Amps with 10 KA breaking capacity of 'C' series in distribution boards Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCBs single pole 40 to 63 Amps with 10 KA breaking capacity of 'C' series in distribution boards Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 100 Amps , AC 415 Volts 16KA 4 pole,ics=100% icu, Thermal and magnetic adjustable with spreader terminal including making connections with suitable size lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 125 Amps , AC 415 Volts 16KA 4 pole,ics=100% icu, Thermal and magnetic adjustable with spreader terminal including making connections with suitable size lugs all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sheet steel enclosure distribution boards, double door factory made TPN Vertical 4 way 3 phase 415 volts 4 way with 200 amps rating copper bus bar and PVC insulated copper jumpers of suitable size from the MCCB to the out going circuits one incoming MCCB and 12 outgoing MCBs circuits comprising of 3 phase 4 wire of suitable rating complete all as spcd and directed with the following accessories :- (a) MCCB 100 amps, 16 KA, ics=100% icu,thermal and magnetic adjustable with spreader terminal, FP, 415 volts, 50 Hz = 01 No. (Note:- Out going MCB shall be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Sub Main Wiring two single core PVC insulated cable of size 6.0 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor two run drawing into and including concealed rigid non-metallic PVC conduit, medium grade not less than 25mm dia with all conduit fitting,fixing accessories and one run of 6.0 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge Note :-Two Nos of 6.0 Sqmm Wire and one No of 6.0 Sqmm Earth wire and PVC Conduit in One RM length Measured as one unit length.
