CONSTRUCTION OF MONSOON DRAINS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS IN THE TECH AREA OF 5 BRD

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeded 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, including necessary form work and finished exposed surface of concrete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Cement concrete in undulations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Rendering 15mm thick as fair faces of bricks in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms , moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate),Set in cement mortar 1:4 in in cover slab and similar articles with plain faces all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Add to item .13 above for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling with aggregates of gauge 20 mm (broken stones/boulders) in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm (broken stones/boulders) in soakage pits, soakage wellscomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling with gwith aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm (broken stones/boulders) in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic & other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Cement concrete in undulations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
