Lift Work (Part B) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of gearless motor 6 Passenger, 408 Kgs, 1.0 Mps (Minimum)lift, having 4 stop and 4 opening (all on same side), machine room Less, having approximate travel 12 Meters approx. as per detailed technical specifications given below. The rates include the cost of minor civil works and steel items required for installation of lifts complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge as per complete item no.1 of DNIT.

Providing AMC for lift under item No.1. Under the AMC the supplier shall provide comprehensive Mtc. service of the lift including the spares and there shall be no hidden cost. Preventive Mtc. service of the equipment under AMC must be carried out once in fortnight. During the period of AMC service/repair calls are to be attended by the supplier within two hours from the time of such calls. The defective equipment should be repaired on the same day at purchaser’s location. In case of major defects requiring the defective card/item/ equipment to be taken to the supplier workshop. It should be returned within a week’s time duly repaired and immediate substitute card/item/equipment will be provided by the supplier for the smooth operation of the lifts. The to and fro transportation of the card/item/equipment will be the responsibility of the supplier. Delays in attending the calls and or repairing the defective equipment beyond time limit of one day will attract penalty @ Rs.500/- per day. The bidder will undertake the supplies of necessary Mtc. equipment and spare parts will be made available for all the equipment and the complete system for a period of 5 years on continuing basis 1st year free and thereafter for four years on paid basis. The bidder shall quote the rates on per year basis.
