Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc.,as per SS 20 A. TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10 with standard specifications.

Supplying and filling the foundations and basement with approved quality of Stone Dust to required thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for well rammed and consolidated etc., complete as per standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Centering and Shuttering for sides & soffit of PCC & RCC works using MS Sheet / Country Wood Plank Shutters supported by necessary casurina props / wedges including cost and hire charges of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. Complete as per standard specification as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

RCC 1:1½:3 Mix (one part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggregate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (One Part of Cement and Four part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309)
