(c)Renew fuel filter cartridge (d)Check tightness of all nuts and bolts (e)Check adjustment of V belt for driving engine water pump and alternator. (g)Assembling complete old serviceable parts and replacement of old unserviceable parts by new one as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (h)Testing of DG set after servicing as per Engr –in Charge. The Signage Board shall be illuminated with linear LEDs with ICs and other accessories required, suitable convertor to operate on 2.8 Amps to 6.6 Amps AC constant current as incoming supply including supply and installation of suitable capacity / wattage electronic convertor, Isolation Transformer (IT), MS boxes and other accessories complete as required at site and as directed. (b) FIXING ARRANGEMENT : The legs of the Signage Board shall be mounted on the base frame with breakable coupling and secondary leads. The legs shall embedded in pedestal made of PCC type B-2 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished with 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4. The pedestal shall extend to atleast 1.0 metres all around the signage board with depth not less than 15cms all as directed at site.
