Including dismantling.

Fabrication, Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor hut type compartmantalised, double door feeder pillar made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet of size apprx. ( 400 mm Depth ) with both side opening totally enclosed weather, damp proof having 400A FP aluminium bus bars insulated with PVC color coded heat shrinkable sleeves with MS angle frame made out of 50X50X6 with 1000mm long legs suitable for 415V, 3 phase 50Hz AC supply complete with painting/Powder Coating, connections, interconnections with aluminium conductors complete with cement concrete foundation i/c finishing etc. and having provision for fixing required accessories as required complete in all respect. Supplying & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Armoured / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 3.5x25 sqmm, direct in ground in the trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench and dismantling of old cable etc. as required engineer in charge, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering Conf. to IS:7098 part - I of make Havells/KEI/Gloster etc.

Supplying & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Armoured / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 2x6 sqmm, direct in ground in the trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench and dismantling of old cable etc. as required engineer in charge, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering Conf. to IS:7098 part - I of make Havells/KEI/Gloster etc.

Supplying & fixing of 45 Watt LED street light New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK071 with 10 KV SPD etc. as required.Fittings will be warranted for 2 years from the date of installation neccessary certificate in this regard will be provided by the contractor through authorized dealer / stockist from whom it was procured. Supplying & fixing of loop box (230 x 170 x 105) on the existing pole with proper clamp alongwith 32 amp SP MCB, terminals, plastic gland, lugs and accessories etc. as required. Make Sintex GSJB 2814 or equivalent

Repair and maintenance of various wattes street led lights i.e. defective led, driver replacement and making it functional, complete with connection testing and commissioning etc. as per requirement of Engineer -In- charge.
