Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out in all kind of soil complete all as specified directed. Note:- Removal of excavated material shall be paid under item No. 10 of BOQ

M&L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting to required gradient and camber including filling in depression and hollow watering levelling etc. using power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified directed.

M& Laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (but for GSB Grade V as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98% of the Maximum Dry Density consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified directed.

M& Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75 mm each Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with mechnical paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified directed.

M&L for preparing existing bituminous surface by brushing with wire brushes for removal of caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical blower to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified directed.

M&L for applying evenly SS1 @ 6kg/10sqm as per MORTH specification as priming/tack coat on new WMM surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 3KG/10 Sqm over black Existing surface complete all as specified directed.

M&L for Providing and consolidating premix dense Bituminous Macadam with grading 2 of IRC laid in one layer over prime/tack coat over WMM surface/existing using 4.5% min binder content by weight of total mix, with paving bitumen grade VG-30 using hot mix plant & laid by using mechanical sensor paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified directed. Note: (a) Each layer shall be rolled and consolidated separately. (b) The Marshall stability shall be a min of 900kg.DBM shall be as per MORTH specifications (c) tack coat shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ

M&L for Providing and consolidating premix dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC) with Grading 2 of IRC 50MM thick (Consolidated ) using PMB-76 E-10 (min marshal stability 1400kg) with 5.60% binder content by weight of total mix, over a tack coat of VG-10 @ 3kg/10 sqm elastomeric thermoplastic with min 70% elastic recovery using hot mix plant spread, rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber complete using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing the excavated material exceeding 500m and not exceeding 1.5 KM (floor filling materials) /debris /soil etc received from demolition, not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of concrete/bituminous surface and applying two coats painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters. etc. on roads, runway, pavements and the like exc10cm wide with road marking paint (aqua based paint) over a coat of primer (white or golden yellow colour) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making 2.50 mm thick centre line, side line, stop line dashes, arrows, brackets & similar works on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo-plastic paint of approved quality & make 8% glass beads laid at temperature 160°C with a special applicator machine complete & traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying wearing surface (berms) of thickness 100 mm (spread thickness) using moorum or red bajri spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne roller etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface dressing not exceeding 30 cm deep and average in 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for milling of existing DAC surface with asphalt zipper machine to a depth exceeding 30mm & not exceeding 50mm averaging 40 mm thick (approx.) and disposing the scarified material off the premises etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Disposal of retrieved material shall be measured and paid separately in respective item of BoQ.

S&F glass grid with Self-adhesive glass grid of approved make having flexural strength of 100kN/m in both longitudinal and transverse directions conforming to ASTM 6637, ASTM D 276 and ASTM D 5261-92 specifications and impregnated with polymer modified bitumen, self-sticking strength of 5 Kg/sqm with overlapping of 150mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction fixed by mechanical means and rolled by pneumatic tyred roller form a good adhesive wrinkle free surface complete all as specified and as directed. Make GRIDHAR TECHFAB PVT LTD. or equivalent to conforming requirement of BS EN ISO 9001-2000 or equivalent with non-woven Geotextile for reinforcement and water proofing with residual bitumen 0.45 liters per sqm and fully boned by applying pressure down wards.

M&L for stress absorbing membrane interlayer (SAMI) over glass grid with tack coat of PMB-76E-10 at the rate of 15kg/ 10 sqm and dry-stone chipping of size 8mm-10mm sprayed @ 0.11 cum/ 10 sqm using hydraulic chip spreader, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Grove cutting of size 200x100mm on existing surface of any type suitable for laying GI Pipe 50mm dia and refilling with DAC-I rolling & compacted etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately in respective item of BoQ.

M&L for 50mm bore of tubes, medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting; laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) (20mm graded aggregates) foundation, including raft footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column etc., basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) (20mm graded aggregates) Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for reinforced concrete pipes 600mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed in trenches complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregates) in in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides of concrete rough finished surfaces of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, grating, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings confirming to Fe.290 Gde -E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
