S & F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating (AZ 150) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) confirming to Fe-290(Gde E 165) for cycle stand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling , framed /un framed work of 40 sq. cm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work includingdoors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication,erection and re-fixing of Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

S and F for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S and F of framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, including ancher nut, bolt & washer of any size as required etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

M&L two coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth etc complete.

M&L renderig 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 over fair faces of of brick or concrete surface of wall rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.16 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:6 including roughnening surfaces of old concrete floor bypicking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface area of each tile not less than 0.06 Sqm and not exc 0.20 Sqm , 6mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 as backing for tiles incl taking down old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:6 including roughnening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean andwashing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for toughned glass ,10 mm thick as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work cutting to shape, drilling holes required including MES symbol complete all as specified and directed.
