Nanded division: 1)Provision of 4 Nos. of Escalators under Improvement/upgradation of Electrical Amenities at NSG-3 category Amrit Bharat Stations (NSL-2 and PBN-2) of Nanded Division. 2) Provision of 10 Nos. of Escalators under Improvement/upgradation of Electrical Amenities at NSG-4 category Amrit Bharat Stations (PAU-3, WHM-4, ADB-3) of Nanded Division.3) Provision of 8 Nos. of Escalators under Improvement/upgradation of Electrical Amenities at NSG-5 category Amrit Bharat Stations (HNL-2, MUE-4 & SELU-2) of Nanded Division.

c) Financial Eligibility Criteria: The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees. N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-F, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

Electrical License: Electrical License: The tenderer shall possess a valid Electrical Contractor License, issued by any State Government or Union Territory Administration, authorizing execution of electrical works up to 650 V. The contractor shall have in his employment or shall engage a person holding a valid certificate of competency issued by any State Government or Union Territory Administration for supervision of electrical works up to 650 V. Offers not accompanied by a valid Electrical Contractor License and requisite Supervisor competency for works up to 650 V shall be summarily rejected Note: In case of expiry of validity of license during contract, the contractor should renew the license so that it is always valid during contract).

b) Technical Eligibility Criteria: (a) The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month before the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or Two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. (i)In case of composite works (e.g., works involving more than one distinct component, such as Civil Engineering works, S&T works, Electrical works, OHE works etc. and in the case of major bridges - substructure, superstructure etc.), tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month before the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, or Two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, or One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender.

Definition of Similar nature of work: "Design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of passenger Escalators/travelators with or without AMC at Railway stations or Metro stations or Airports or in any Office/Service buildings or Hospitals of Central Govt./State Govt./PSUs of Central or State Govt.".

In case the date of closing mentioned in the Notice Inviting Tender is declared a holiday/bandh/strike etc. on any account, the date of closing tender online will not be changed as the application in the website of IREPS does not permit submission of any offer after closing date and time of the tender. However, opening of tenders online will be on any convenient day after the closing date/time of tenders.

Opening of e-tender online:- The e-tenders will be opened online using the IREPS portal. No representative is required to be present for opening of tender and taking notes of rates quoted and ranking as the complete details of rates etc. of all the bidders shall be available to the bidders in the website after the opening of the tender.
