Annual maintenance work of 132/33 kV Grid Sub Station Kundhit for the period from 01 06 2026 to 31 03 2027 for FY 2026 27

Supply of Manpower for Preventative / Routine Maintenance of Grid Substation as per schedule provided by Engineer in-charge: -

Skilled ( Electrician / Technician)

Un-skilled Helper

Supply of Manpower for regular cleaning/ sweeping of Control Room building, bathrooms, Offices, Stores, Battery Room, approach road and surrounding areas etc as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Break down/Shutdown Maintenance of Grid Sub-station :-

supply of Emergency Gang with T&P for work like Conductor snapping of main bus etc.

Erection, Connection, Testing and commissioning of following equipments with Crane/derrick at site including handling the material/equipments carefully at site including labour charges for all incidental and operational items of work (Excluding Cost of Transportation Charges from Store to Site.)

Erection, testing and commissioning of 33KV CT or PT

Erection, testing and commissioning of 33KV LA

Erection of 33 KV Vacuum Circuit Breaker including Cable Termination

Erection of 132 KV CT or PT or CVT including cable termination

Erection of 132 KV LA including cable termination

Dismantling of following equipments with Crane/derrick at site including handling the material/equipments carefully at site including labour charges for all incidental and operational items of work (Excluding Cost of Transportation Charges from Store to Site.)

Dismantling of 33KV CT or PT

Dismantling of 33KV LA

Dismantling of 33 KV Vacuum Circuit Breaker including Cable Termination

Dismantling of 132 KV CT or PT.

Dismantling of 132 KV LA

Supply of Hydra / Crane (upto 08 MT capacity) as per requirement.

Engagement of Hydraulic Excavator (JCB) as per requirement & direction of E/I

Complete Overhauling of Cooling Fans of 50 MVA/ 20 MVA Power Transformer with supply of all materials if required any.

Transportation of Transformer accessories/ fittings, other GSS equipment, through Truck / Pickup from Transmission central Store Deoghar & Other GSS/Sites to GSS Kundhit including loading, unloading of the equipment/materials in proper packing (before loading) & (after loading) Upto 3 MT

Repair and Overhauling of 3 Ph Sub-Mersible pump set including cost of materials, lifting & lay down of Sub-mersible pump from Borewell, repair of water supply pipe all complete job and Transportation cost.

Testing Transformer oil by recognized laboratory including supply of sampling bottle. (These tests are mandatory and must be completed by the end of December, 2026) :-

Contingency (Including Sampling Bottle, DD Cost To & Fro Charges with fooding & lodging)

Supply of Consumables viz. Markin cloth, Cotton waste, Joute, Distilled water, Brush, HT Nuts & Bolts, Patrollium Jelly, Grease, Kerosine, Petrol, Mobil, WD-40 rust remover,… etc whatever required time to time for O&M work of G/S/S.

Maintenance of 100KVA DG Set (replacement of Air & fuel filter, Gasket valve cover, engine tube oil etc.)

Provision of Diesel fuel for 100 KVA DG set for running of DG set.

Air Condition Annual Maintenance charge with all spares at 132/33kV GSS Kundhit by manufactured service engineer

Gas Filling Charge

Annual Maintenance with all spares

Assessment of defects in Battery chargers and minor repairing
