B&R PORTION:- Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade,laid jointed pointed with grey cement and no pigments, with & including 25mm thick sand filling under pavers and paking the joints of paver block with sand, including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings, bed block, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs round or chamfered on edges, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300x300mmx25mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with mixture of pigments to match with the colour of tiles laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), including demolition of existing floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring and finishing fair, even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically described complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slab for manholes/drain etc set in cement mortar(1:6), including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides and sofifits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels etc for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopper ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone/boulder masonry brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 15 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in bond stone, bed plate, strings coarse etc and set in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm to face stones (lime and sand stone) and dressing of face beds and joints, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Raised pointing to random rubble masonary, or polygonal rubble, uncoarsed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boulder filling hand packed tightly (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia any length single socketed with rubber ring joint laid in trenches/floors or as in weep holes as soil pipe(vent pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete hollow block masonry built in PCC 1:2:4 type B-I (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone or brick walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or stone masonry wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices pilaster etc, and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized (zinc coating 60 gram) mild steel wire, staple or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cuttings, tops to shapes, as directed, drilling, holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. fixed and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts dia not exceeing 15mm at neck, machine made, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed and to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt 5cm to 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd (zinc coating 60gram) fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Type / size of fencing holes / dia of chain link fenching shall be as approved by GE. The weight of chain link fencing shall be calculated for payment as per actual weight or standard weight as per SSR which ever is less.

S&F Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as in grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rivetted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, and similar works, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel painting on new steel surfaces over 10cms width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer etc all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape requrired, including cranking, bending spirally for columns hooking for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

E&M PORTION:- Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and exc. 1.5m but not exc 3.0 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay assembly etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in surplus spoil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer of Sand 08 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable in trenches, hand punning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note : Punning thickness of 18 cm will be measured for payment purpose)

M&L for Burnt bricks locally available, sub class 'B', laid flat for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply, laying , jointing and testing in repair of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Finolex / KEI Industries Pvt Ltd / Polycab / Gloster / Universal Cables. Note: Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, brick protection shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supplying, installation and erection in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole, 9.0 metre long, conforming to IS-2713 part-II, type 410 SP-31, complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, finial taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc., pole made out of ERW Mild steel tubing tubing including holes of required Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bands at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No with black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8cm height, including taking down old pole any type complete all as specified and directed. Stringing only, ACSR conductor including providing of suitable binding wire for connecting the existing OH lines and providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and outgoing connections, trimming of trees, trimming of trees approximately 2 mtr around conductor etc complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps etc of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers, welding , bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified and directed.
