Improvements to the Internal Roads at MSP Lakshmi Nagar,Sumaiya Garden I and II Phase I, Keezhakasakudy Village in Karaikal.

Providing and laying of unscreened gravel boulders including conveyance of unscreened gravel boulders to work site from approved quarry and stacking to departmental gauge for premeasurement. Spreading hand packing to the required camber and gradient,watering consolidation by power roller rolling all as directed by engineering- in-charge. The rate shall be include cost of unscreened gravel boulders and water, labour charges for stacking,spreding hand packing and watering ,hire and feul charges for power roller and all other tools and plants employed ect,complete.The volume of stack calculated as per the actual measurement shall be reduced by 15 % for looseness in stacking to arrive at the net quantity.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum / gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by mechanical means - Water bound macadam Gr-I with Gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum / gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by mechanical means - Water bound macadam Gr-II with moorum or Gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 - 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, omplete in all respects - Using grade-II material and using birumen -VG30.
