Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Manufacturing, supplying of sign board (cautionary, mandatory, Informatory, Gantry, Cantilever and shoulder mounted made out of Retro Reflective sheeting wide angle, cube corner, Microprismatic Type XI grade confirming to IRC 67.2012 and as per ASTM-D-4956-09 Specifications fully covered over on 2mm thick aluminium sheet). The colour of the retro reflective material shall be as per approved colour scheme. The Letter has to be cut and pasted using UV Resistant Translucent Electro Cut Film in Blue Colour or Digitally Printed using Latex printing technology for logots /images and has to be fabricated through roller application in order to have a seamless finish. The warranty shall be inclusive of texts or legends or digitally printed logos and their bonding to the retro-reflective sheeting (as per MORTH Specification No.801). The board shall be riveted to the back frame made of M.S angles of suitable sizes as per drawing and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (MS frame work will be measured and paid seperatly). Note: The Retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 years warranty issued for field performance and certified copy of completed three years outdoor weather exposure report (Both internationally and Indian Govt. Authorized Lab report) shall be obtained by the engineer-in-charge for qualification. The warranty & Test certificates shall be obtained from the retro-reflective sheeting manufacturer from the authorized converter and the the contractor shall submit to Engineer-in-charge for bill processing.

Erection of Retro reflective boards, mounted on wall/ shed facia at all height as required with necessary screws etc complete including labour and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in build up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Steel work in build up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc.complete. a) Hot finished welded type tubes.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work
