Construction of Embankment/Patri with earth obtained from Borrow-pits including all leads & lifts, transporting to site of work, spreading, grading to required slopea alignment and compacting to meet the requirements etc complete as per MoRT&H clause 305 (3.16) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all materrial, machinery charges & including all labour, T&P royalty etc required for proper completion of the work, as per specifications .

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing closed graded (Gr-1) spreading in uniform layers as per specifications with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and with 2% cement OPC compacting with suitable Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all material from approved quarry, machinery charges & including all labour, T&P royalty etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 4% OPC cement in Uniform layer as per specifications on sub base/subgrade and compacting with suitable roller to achieve th desire density, including all material from approved quarry, machinery charges & including all labour, T&P royalty etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying, Spreading & Compacting graded stone aggregate of approved quarry to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at O.M.C. in machenical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver finisher in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with suitable roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MoRT&H clause 406 & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all material from approved quarry, machinery charges & including all labour, T&P royalty etc required for proper completion of the work as per MoRT&H Specification 406.

Providing & applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg./Sqm. Using machanical means. Before Applying prime coat, the surface will be cleaned with air compressor and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The Prime coat will be applied 24 hours before the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work ((Rates including cost of Bitumen Emulsion SS)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix formula mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects, all material from approved quarry, labour, T&P royalty etc required for proper completion of the work. (Including Cost of Bitumen).

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. As per S.I. No. 251

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. As per S.N. 281. all material from approved quarry. labour, T&P royalty etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H clause 401 & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all material from approved quarry, machinery charges & including, labour, T&P royalty etc required for proper completion of the work.

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials from approved quarry, labour and T&P royalty etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 305 a.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all material from approved quarry, labour, T&P royalty etc required for proper completion of the work. all complete as per clause 408

Flush Pointing on brick work on edge floor with cement mortar 1:2 (1cement :2 coarse sand). all materials from approved quarry, labour, T&P royalty etc required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 578.

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undacorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applid @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.for two coat. As per Chapter No. 15 S.L No. 31

Supply and Laying of 350mm dia NP-3 Hume pipe etc. complete. as per specification sand as per direction by Engineer Incharge.
