PART A - (CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING PLANT): Service, running/ periodic maintenance of Central Air Conditioning Plants and Package Units etc. of Following capacities and specifications.

Central AC Plants for CPP C/R (One set consisting of 2x60 T & 1x30T capacity AC unit per month for 12 months). (The Operational Period of Months for this Item shall be measured on actual as and when required basis).

Package AC System for GTG Plant (One set consisting of 12x11 T & 2x3T capacity AC unit per month for 12 months)

Central HVAC Units in New Ammonia Plant (One set consisting of 129.5T X 3 capacity HVAC unit per month for 12 months)

Package Units for SG Plant C/R (One set consisting of 3 x 11 T capacity AC unit per month for 12 months)

Part B-2: Shifting of Portable AC Units, Water Coolers/ Refrigerators/ Bottle coolers/ BOD incubators/ Desert Coolers etc. of following capacities and specification. (The Quantities for Part-B-2 shall be measured on actual basis).

Shifting for new installation of AC/ Water coolers/ Refrigerators/ BOD Incubators, Desert cooler with in Factory & Township:

a) Different size of Portable AC of capacity up to 2 T/ Water coolers/ Bottle coolers/ BOD Incubators & Refrigerators.

b) Different size of Desert coolers

Strengthening of frame/stand/ply etc.for old installed AC and desert coolers in Factory and Township

a) Different sizes of portable AC upto 2 T

b) Different sizes of desert coolers

Shifting for new installation of AC, Desert cooler, Water cooler, Refrigerator from Factory to Township & vice versa

a) Different capacity of portable AC up to 2 T

b)Different capacity of water cooler up to 150 Ltr.

c)Different capacity of Refrigerator up to 400 Ltr.

d) Different capacity of Desert Coolers of all sizes

e)Bottle cooler/ Deep freezer/ BOD Incubators of all sizes

Providing & Fixing/ Replacement of Float Valve Assembly complete in all respects,15 mm nominal bore of Desert Coolers installed in factory & township.

Providing fixing/ Replacement of Flexible water line connections pipe 15 mm nominal bore& 30 cm long from the existing water lines to the Desert Coolers/ water coolers of factory & township.

Part B-3: REPAIR JOBS & SUPPLY OF REFRIGERANT GAS/CAC PLANT SPARES

Repair of Crank Shaft of FRICK Make 606 compressor by grinding of connecting rod segments, re-metalling of Big End Bearings with white metal matching to connecting rod segments size, Re-metalling of Main Body Bush with white metal and shaft by spray welding process as per actual size given & cleaning of oil ports.

Repair of Crank Shaft of FRICK Make 303 compressor by grinding of connecting rod segments, re-metalling of Big End Bearings with white metal matching to connecting rod segments size, Re-metalling of Main Body Bush with white metal and shaft by spray welding process as per actual size given & cleaning of oil ports.

Supply of Refrigerant Gas R-12

Supply of Refrigerant Gas R-22

Supply of Refrigerant Gas 134a

Supply of different types of V-belts (A-28/31/32/39/40 etc.)

Supply of Filter Drier of Reputated Make

Supply of Expansion Valve of Reputated Make

Supply of 3/5 TR Compressor of reputated make for AC Package unit

NOTES TO ANNEXURE 1) For Part B-1 & B-2, the rates are inclusive of all material required for completion of job and no additional payment shall be made to the contractor. 2) Gas filling includes checking & repair of leaking points in gas circuit and shall be carried out by the contractor at no additional cost. 3) For any clarification regarding job execution, refer to the Job Specifications & Scope of work.
