Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick, stone or concrete surfaces of walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water upto 3 rd floor of bldg incl scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chipping , removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer ,breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc. complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

Material and labour for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, complete, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB or equivalent specification complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (This inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a vertual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete , inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have properly to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona slant shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing and applying jacketing around columns/RCC members with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. 2. Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

Material and labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Material and labour for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plsticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled (for repair to wall & slab) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including,Mixing of materials:Mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching.Grouting maintain the pressureat exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles (Beam and columns) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 20 mm thick pre polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster in two coats 12 mm thick base coat and 8 mm thick finishing/final coat. Polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster should having minimum composition of cement & sand 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS-383 suitable for external plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a matalic tray only to made good, consistency as per the specification of the manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces incl using richer mix for making corners if necessary incl making grooves of existing size and necessary two legged MS pipe scaffolding as wherever required incl curing required upto 2nd floor bldg complete all as specified and directed.

Apply two coats of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating of minimum thickness of 1 mm each layer as per manufacturers instructions on floor & walls (upto 100 mm above FFL) and spray coarse sand on surface when the second layer is still sticky. Apply 20 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with integral WPC of approved make on floors and walls including rounding of corners and junctions stoping towareds spouts. All pipes laid in sunken portions shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all around after painting with anti corrosive black japan paint on GI/CI pipes. Test the water proofed area by filling water at least 72 hours and tested for leakage/seepage for the entire satisfaction of GE. After above said treatment apply two coats of hot blown bitumen @ 1.5 Kg /Sqm for each coat and laying 50 micron black polythene film in floors complete all as specified and directed. (Note : If leakage/Seepage occured after filling water at least 72 hours, the above said treatment will be re-done completely)
