Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articlesas in walls/parapet walls, removing grass fungus weed, roots of trees completely, grown on roof/wall surfaces complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved as plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster / terrazzo of any description thickness including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on concrete/brick surfaces in CM 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces, ceiling etc finished surface even and smooth, without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash as in ceilling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.
