Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam for 150mm thick specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers MORTH 406

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen(SS-1Grade) which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bitumenius Binder as tack Coat by Bitumen sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plant employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH Specification . etc., complete as per standard specification

Applying Tack Coat over existing Prime coating WMM surface using 2.5 Kg of Bitumen emulsion(RS-1) per 10 Sq.m including labour charges for preparing the surface removing of binder materials and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks & axes sweeping with brooms on soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bag and/or compressed air and applying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion as tack coat manually etc., Complete complying with 503 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying 50 mm conslidated thick Dense Bituminuous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20 mm,0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm and below and with 53.20kg of VG30 bitumen premixing 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tons capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site,spreading the mix uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grade and cross sections and compaction by vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for accending to pavor at sites etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen Boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher/9 m paver finisher,vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including to all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 40mm Consolidated thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm,0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 50.30 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm. thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. per sqm. area, thickness of 2.5 mm. is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete. (as per MORT & H specification No.803). (CE(H) Chennai Memo No.4848/BOE/138/2011-1/ dated:06.01.12)

Providing and laying well gravel including cost and conveance of all materials from approved quarries as noted in the lead chart to the road side including loading, unloading and Stacking the well gravel at road side to departmental gauge for pre-measurement including labour charges for laying spreading levelling to camber etc., complete as per specification.

Earthwork excavation for foundation and depositing on Bank with metal lead of 10m and initial of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton,hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders including all labour charges etc.complete as per SS 20 B

Plain Cement concrete of 1:4:8 mix (one part of cement and four part of sand and eight part of aggregate) using hard granite stone jelly of 40mm gauge for foundation levelling course,including shuttering,dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick including the cost of all materials and labour charges for mixing concrete and curing etc. complete as per MORTH Specifications 1006,1007,1008,1010,1015 and 1700.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and srtutting upto 3.29mm height for plane surfaces in all floors with cross bracings using miled steel sheets of size 30cm x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with miled steel sheets of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding and laid over silver oak (country wood).Joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm dia spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification ans as directed for the following items as per MORTH Specification 1500.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications. TNDSS NO: 30 V, VI (S3), VII-3.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

MAINTENANCE

Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD SCHEME including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.

Clearing and Grubbing by Light Jungle removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, shrubs, stemps, roots, grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as rubbish including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MORTH Specification 111, 112, 201.
