Supply & laying of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like socket, coupler, bends, tees etc for protection of LT cable including taking out existing cable from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting outcomplete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing 50 mm dia, light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and for stand post to hold Post Top lantern including taking out existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling for laying of cable pipe and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and providing PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning weather and vermin proof Outdoor type sheet metal enclosure factory fabricated indoor cubicle/kiosk type totally enclosed IP 54 made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet metal enclosure of suitable size, with angle iron frame of M.S. angle 25x25x3 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 HZ system, with hinged panel door (cover) on one side with handle, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient Nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber/wooden bushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc, inside the enclosure, the required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size, duly spray painted grey hammer tone with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of gray or any other approved colour, including connecting with L.T. armoured incoming and outgoing cables and including required sizes of cable lugs of aluminum and copper cable lugs as required complete all as specified and directed and consisting of following including taking out existing complete all as specified and directed.:-
