Notes for fire fighting equipements/items here-in-before and here-in-after: (i) Make : Ceasefire/ Tyco / Desautel / SecureZone / Victiulic / Fiwarec or Equivalent Make as Approved by ENG Incharge . (ii) Contractor has to submit the design of fire fighting drawings & System Calculations i.e as per LPCB Standards, prepared by and all items /product for installation of entire fire suppression system should be in certification with LPCB(Lose prevention control board) as per LPS 1230 standards all relevant documents should be submitted by OEM to GE(AFA) Hyderabad. (iii) OEM Authorization is Mandatory for this project . (iv) AMC For 2 Years has to be done by the OEM . (v) cutting,chasing of holes through existing wall and making good after laying of pipes shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate by contractor. (vi) Quoted Rates should be inclusive of two year AMC.

M& L for Construction of PCC block masonry valve chamber of size 900 x900 x1000 mm internal size with wall thickness 300 mm in cement mortar 1:6 including base concrete (1:4:8) type D2, plastering with cement mortar 1:6 including provision of MS sheet of 3 mm thickness complete with locking arrangement with 7 lever lock (01 Nos), lifting handle complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE:- The item rate is deemed to be including excavation and earth work RFR and plastering in CM 1:4 / concrete / Block masonry / Cover slabs etc)

53(m)The LT panel board shall be mounted by means of suitable bolts and nuts grouted into pedestals of Apprx - 2 Nos made of brickwork in CM (1:4), using sub-class "B" old size bricks of designation 50, over PCC foundation of 100mm thickness in PCC (1:4:8), type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, PCC coping average 75mm thick, (1:3:6), type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, the exposed brick / concrete surfaces shall be rendered in CM (1:4), 10mm thick, finished fair and even and applied white wash three coats.
