M&L for earthling complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connection by using GI wire 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, chuck nuts, and washers and protected by medium grade 50 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering , including funnel, wire mesh, RCC 75 mm thick pit cover 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with and including 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways ,PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 B-1 ( including necessary form work, excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil two a distance not exc. 50 Mtrs) complete all as specified and shown in SSR – Part I 2009.

Supply and fix in replacement Timer for 24 hrs including necessary wiring from contactor and supply connections.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB 3 pole suitable for AC 3 phase 415 volt 50 HZ, 400 Amp, 35/36 KA, with thermal magnetic release fixed on existing LT panel complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted deemed to include taking down the existing MCCB from panel board and incoming / outgoing cable and fix the new MCCB in position at panel board / incoming / outgoing cable connections of any size/ rating.

Servicing of DG sets 140 KVA Make: Greaves cotton installed at Salaria PH; including routine checking of all Engine and alternator parts for its servicing/durability complete all as per manufacturer recommendatations and including repair of followings parts in all DGs :- (a) Drain out the lubricating oil from sump and refilling after proper cleaning. (b) Replace Engine Oil filter cartridge with New one. (c) Replace fuel filter cartridge with New one. (d) Replace coolant fine filter with new one. (e) Replace air filter with New one.

S & F in repair Oil filter as per exsting make and size for DG Set of capacity 140 KVA as per sample.

S & F in repair diesel Fuel filter Primary and secondary as per exsting make and size for DG Set of capacity 140 KVA as per sample. .

Supply and Filing of coolant in DGs all as specified and directed.

Supply and Filling of lubricant oil (15-20)W-40 in replacemen in DGs all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down repair and refixing of self starter of 140 KVA DG capacity including repair of burn field coil repair of armature and carbon bush holder and carbon bush point and solinoid coil, complete all as specified.

M & L for Repair/servicing of radiator assembly of 140 KVA DG Set after dismanteling and removing cooling fans, guard plates and lowering the same from engine after draining out water from radiator and scrapping / removing sludge / scale inside tank including repair. Remounting the same at its original position and filling of pre mixed coolent as per the ratio fixed by manufacturer measured seperately and testing complete all as directed.

M & L for Locating electrical faults and repair work in underground LT cable of size 120 to 240 Sqmm whenever any fault arises at Salaria officers Enclave area, making complete supply system functional dully rectifying and repair work complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Whenever any breakdown reported the Contractor will have to take immeadiate action and send skilled Technecian/ Tools immediately on site. (b) Any parts required to be replaced during repair work shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L LT 1100 volts straight through joints kit epoxy type of size 16 to 95 sqmm 3.5 core, jointing LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L LT 1100 volts straight through joints kit epoxy type of size 120 to 240 sqmm 3.5 core, jointing LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L servicing of feeder pillar box, after dismantling the incoming and outgoing connections from MCCB/ Bus bar and replacing the old burnt/ overheated unserviceable lugs, terminals, nuts, bolts, washers supporting insulators etc and checking the serviceability of MCB / MCCB, earth continuity conductor and strip etc complete all as specified, including painting of the feeder pillar.Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 3 Pole contactor MNX 18, including necessary connections for incoming and outgoing connections .

M&L for re-painting of LT Panels/feeder pillars of approx size 2 to 4 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters as directed.

All as per item No 34 above but of approx size upto 1.90 Sqm

(b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 3 pole , 100 Amps, 50 Hz,415 Volts, 16 KA with thermal magnetic release - 05 Nos (c) Platform of Panel. Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. Note :- (i) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (ii) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt.II/1993 (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer

M & L for Cutting wild grass, bushes, creaper, unwanted vegetation from inside/ surrounding of E/M installations, near sweage pump installations as when directed and removing of unwanted material from installation compound and depositing where directed.

Supply and fix in replacement junction box made from SMC/FRP sheet ready made of size having 100 A capacity for RYB and neutral with aluminium bus bar including all necessary insulators,nut bolts, screw fix to street light pole,joint the incoming and outgoing cable with suitable no of aluminium lugs fixed to Pole /Wall with the help of suitable nuts and bolts. Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unservicable RCC/ steel tubular poles of any type and supply & installing steel tubular swan neck pole type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including two coats of aluminium painting over a coat of primer for exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous black paint over a coat of primer to the surfaces in contact with concrete inclusing two runs of PVC insulated 1100V multi-stranded copper wire of size 2.5 Sqmm from the junction box to the fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost oif exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings . The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint total lenth inside and up to planting depth outside

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed

S&F in replacement GI Pipe (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah of 50mm bore sizes

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrapping/removing rusted partials on surface of existing single swan neck steel tubular electric street light pole including nut and bolts after cleaning Appling one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint including stranded size of numbering and alternate strip black and yellow synthetic enamelled painting from the coping of pole as directed and two coats of cement base paint on surface area of copping complete all as specified and directed .
