Cleaning of all premises of BCH and its surrounding indoor and outdoor including administrative room, all wards O.T. labour room, labs, X-ray OPD rooms, kitchen all toilet etc. 3 times daily and drain to be clean once day. The cleaning work also includes cleaning of all toilets fixtures, dado doors, windows removing of stains and handling of biomedical wastes from wards to suitable place etc. as per instruction Hospital incharge excluding all materials but safety device will be provided by the contractor. The minimum nos. of labours to be engaged per day (average) total 8 nos. (in first shift 6 nos. and in 2nd shift 2 nos. or as per instruction officer inchagre). The contractor has to engaged supervise staff separately (if required) all consumable materials required in the work will be provided departmentally etc. all complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS By Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking Lime, moorum, building rubbish etc all complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge lead upto 1.00 KM.
