Providing and laying vitrified(anti skid) floor tiles in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting thejoints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete(Size of Tile 600x600mm)

Providing and laying polished vitrified(anti skid) tiles in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and make in all colours and shades in skirting , riser of steps over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortor (1:3) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments with complete job ( 60 x 60 ) cm

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete..

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Supplying, fitting and fixing viterous white glazed earthen ware I.W.C. of Parry Hindustan or any other I.S.S. approved make .... all complete as per specification and direction of E/l.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 40 mm high viterous white glazed earthen ware E.W.C. with "p" trap of Parry Hindustan or an.. oxide primer etc. all complete as per specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and fixing male ended 15 mm dia brass bib cock of approved quality ( wt not less than 350 gms ) with extra socket all complete as per specification and direction of E/l

Providing and fixing N.P/C.P brass/P.V.C porcelain shower rose of 15mm inlet etc. all complete as per specification and direction of E/l

Providing and fixing brass / C.I. Stop cock of approved quality all complete as per specification and direction of E/l .
