Regular Operation and Maintenance of Led Street light and High mast light (With material) at Ind. area Sikar

Operation & Maintenance of High Mast lights including supply & replacing the damaged material like-Sodium Fixture/panels, LED,LED sheet,LED cell protector, Holder, integrated Driver, wire, cable etc.including labour charges etc. and maintenance of the panels and its parts like timer contractor, MCB, Isolator etc. complete in all respect.The terms and conditions are:- The fixture must be repaired within 3 days of fault, failing which two times of the maintenance charges payable for each fixture for the month shall be penalized & recovered from the agency. Contractor shall arrange at his own cost putting on and off the street light fixtures at appropriate time regularly as per instruction of the Engineer-in-charge. A register shall be maintained by the contracter and any complaint lodged must be attended immediately under intimation to the Engineer-in-charge. All material used to repair the street lights must be of ISI marked. Before making payment the contractor shall submit a performance certificate from president, industrial association. Payment shall be released on that basis only. Rate for maintenance of fixtures is per month including all materials, labour, equipment, scaffolding, Taxes, P.F., service tax etc. complete. Contracter has to appoint skilled technician for maintenance of street lights and have to submit in writing the name of skilled technician (appointed by the contractor) along with his address, contact No. and qualification details. At the time of completion of the period Contracter has to hand over the system completely in order and working condition. Corporation shall not be responsible for any kind of accident during execution of work. Contractor will have to take all safety measures as specified in current Indian Electricity rules and insurance etc. No. of fixtures may vary in due course and payment shall be made accordingly for actual number of fixtures as per rates of contract.(Regular Bills of the work shall be generated Quarterly.)

Operation and maintenance of LED Street light including repairing work in industrial area including rewiring of fixtures, change of ballast, clam,p starter, condensor, LED lights starter sheet, LED light holder, ignitor, refixing on poles and change of fixture, change of main switch, kit kat fuse wherever necessary. Complete including jointing of jumpers. Complete repairing of LED light fixtures (All required material will be arranged by contarctor except new fixtures) Terms and Conditions enclosed.
