M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and scrapping of distemper surfaces and applying one coat of Oil Bound Distemper of any light shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of exisiting surface and applying two coat of Oil Bound Distemper of any light shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 1.5mm thick Birla / JK Putty on old wall surfaces including complete removal of existing wall finish of any type with wire brush, brooming, dusting and finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of foreign materials & making good minor cracks etc. and surfaces absolutely even and smooth, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall including, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & concrete and applying 2 mm thick wall care putty including preparation complete all as specified and as directed

M&L preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing old wooden surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
