SCH 'A' PART-I (EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT CUM SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT) Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of effluent treatment plant ( 8KLD) cum sewage treatment plant based on principle of Moving Bed Bio-Reactor (MBBR) having capacity 400 m3/day (KLD) including all civil works, sewage sump well cum equalisation tank, mechanical, electrical unit and other allied equipments as under for ETP cum STP as per OEM to achieve the parameter as mentioned in Annexure-I to BOQ and Appendix –A1 (FINALISED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS). to BOQ.

Sch 'A' PART-II:(MANNING AND OPERATION ) Comprehnsive maintenance and opertion of Effluent Treatment Plant during (8KLD) cum sewage treatment plant having capacity 400 cubic metre /day during Defect liability period installed under item No 1.00 of BOQ under Sch 'A' Part-I at CH (CC) for the duration of 24 hours in 03 (Three) shifts ie for 08 hours in each shifts in a day including sunday and Holidays including all technical/non technical manpower (minimum employment shall be one technical & one non technical manpower in each shift ) for satisfactory completion all as specified and directed. contd.. Note:- (i) Water and electric required for operation of plant shall be provided free of cost by the department.C (ii) All consumble such as Sodium Hypochiorite and any other chemical required compressure oil and grease etc required for operation of plant shall be provided by contractor at his own cost as per the manufacturer's instruction and direction of GE during the period of manning & operation cost of the same shall be deemed included in the unit rates quoted by contrctor. (iii) Please ensure that all trade men engaged in subject work covered in EPF scheme Proper doc should be maintained in this regard and submitted alongwith each payment. (iv) The expense incurred due to insurance and EPF scheme for the staff deployed by the contractor for manning & operation shall also be deemed included in the quoted rates of BOQ Nothing extra shall be admissible in this account. (v) Contrator's quoted rate shall be deemed to include removal of dried sludge and its disposal outside MD land during the M&O period as directed by Enineer-in-Charge. (vi) Testing of desired paramentrs cost of collection, analysis reportin, monetoring and maintaining record of sample from the raw/treated sewage fornightly colleted at least from the entery and exit of the ETP including required staff and consumbles shall be done by the contractor from any Govt approved lab as approved by GE during the M&O period and test report shall be submitted to GE Contractor's quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the same. (vii) In case contractor fails to employ the duty personnel in any of the shift he shall be liable to bear the recovery @ Rs. 1500/- per shift and No payment shall be made for that shift . (viii) Cost of O&M of DG set being installed under respective item is deemed to be included in this item, However Diesel for the same will be issued free by the department for use.
